TravelX Claudot Accounting internal use terms
TravelXchange, Inc. permits authorized internal users to use this integration for accounting work with TravelX US and TravelIR IE. It is not offered as a public service. Use only companies and records you are authorized to access. Keep credentials confidential and out of ordinary chat and these pages.
Current availability
Production is not connected. Only Bill creation and retrieval have been verified in sandbox; other write workflows have not been validated or enabled. Local accounting writes are currently blocked. The broader Intuit Accounting authorization is not a promise that every operation is available or permitted.
Permitted future entries
If a write workflow is separately enabled, its permitted scope is limited to user-directed creation of Bills, Expenses, Credit Memos, Receive Payments applied to specified existing invoices, and Journal Entries. These terms do not themselves authorize a connection, enable writes, or instruct an accounting entry.
The workflow must use existing master-data records and verified IDs, check for duplicates, and avoid creating new master data. Journal Entries must balance exactly; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable lines require the appropriate customer or supplier. Journal Entry use of bank, credit-card, payroll, tax, equity, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable accounts requires an explicit user instruction. Each Journal Entry must include a date, memo and reference, with supporting documentation when available.
The scope excludes updating, deleting, voiding, reversing, or reconciling existing transactions; Bill Payments; Deposits; and changes to the Chart of Accounts. Applying a newly created Receive Payment to a specified invoice may change that invoice's balance as the normal effect of the receipt. It does not authorize a separate invoice update. No authority to transfer funds is included, and QuickBooks Payments is not enabled.
After each permitted creation, the workflow must report the transaction type, date, customer or supplier, amount, accounts used, QuickBooks number or ID, and any warnings for user review.
Review results
Check assistant analysis and proposed entries against the underlying records before relying on them. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. An accounting entry is not proof that funds moved. Use of QuickBooks and OpenAI remains subject to the applicable service terms.
