TravelX Claudot Accounting privacy notice

TravelXchange, Inc. operates this internal integration for authorized accounting work involving TravelX US and TravelIR IE. Questions or requests about information handled by the integration can be sent to claudio.gambin@travelx.io. We operate the integration independently, not on Intuit's behalf.

Information and purpose

When a company is connected through Intuit authorization, the integration can access company information and accounting records needed for the requested work, including invoices, bills, expenses, payments, journal entries, account classifications, and associated customer or supplier details. Information is used for the requested accounting analysis and, when separately enabled and authorized, permitted accounting entries.

Processing and permissions

The connector runs on an authorized Mac and stores authentication credentials in macOS Keychain. Intuit handles authorization and QuickBooks API requests. Selected accounting information may be sent to OpenAI for assistant processing, so processing is not confined to the Mac. This notice does not promise processing in a particular country.

Intuit's Accounting permission supports reading and writing accounting data. Local restrictions do not reduce that underlying authorization. Accounting writes are currently blocked locally, and QuickBooks Payments is not enabled.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the accounting purpose, applicable recordkeeping needs, and the settings and terms of the service holding each copy. QuickBooks records, local files, and OpenAI conversations have separate retention and deletion controls. The integration does not provide a single retention timer or deletion control across them.

Disconnecting stops future authorized access once revocation takes effect; it does not delete QuickBooks records, local exports, or information already included in OpenAI conversations. Contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests so the relevant information and available controls can be identified. Any required recordkeeping and the limits of the relevant service still apply.

Hosting of these informational pages

These informational pages are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit them, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and traffic or system information to deliver and protect the site and operate its services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. We do not add forms or optional analytics to these pages. This hosting is separate from the accounting connector described above.
